About Us

Maid in Vietnam Company Limited is the first professional, licensed, private sector company to offer maid training and hire services in Vietnam, initially our operations cover Hanoi.

To provide healthy, well trained, efficient and respectable Vietnamese maids, capable of meeting the needs of domestic households in Hanoi.

Maid selection & training
Our maids are selected from those applicants who can demonstrate some history of service with expatriates. Their background and references are checked. After basic orientation to the cultural needs of expatriates and their families in Vietnam, the maids are assessed for their abilities in: kitchen management and household safety & cookery (Asian and Western styles) and child care. They are then trained in health, hygiene and basic 1st aid training for young children before attending specific courses run by professional service providers.
After each training module the maids are tested for their level of “new knowledge” before being sent for a medical check-up at a professional clinic. They are then ready for interviews with clients and once accepted will receive one final briefing on specific needs of the client. We also offer these training modules to clients who may be happy with their current maid but require her to acquire some additional skills.

Full and part-time contract staff

In addition to domestic staff we also provide full and part-time staff for offices and the hospitality industry, specifically for housekeeping and kitchen duties. The staff are given basic training in relevant disciplines prior to orientation within your hotel, apartment building or restaurant. For more information about this service please contact us:
